A software to merge and combine number of PST files into a single PST file. There are three merge options like: Join Multiple PST files, Merge multiple PST files and merge contact folders only. A user can create a separate folder to merge all the PST files in it. In option Join MS Outlook PST, two or more PST files are joined in one PST file in which each PST file contains data as per original folder structure. In Merge multiple PST files, all the data item folders like Inbox, contacts, calendars, journals, etc into one single PST file of Unicode type. In Merge only contacts folder option, all the contacts from all the PST files are merged into a single file. The software allows you to merge and remove duplicate items from the PST file. You can enable/disable the option. If a user has a folder in which there are number of PST files then there is no need to add each PST file. One can add that folder and merge all the files altogether. The software allows a user to merge deleted items also. If a user does not want to add deleted emails or other items then he can exclude those items from the resultant file. At the end of the process, one can get a Summary report in which every single detail is mentioned like item count, progress status, duplicate items, merge status, etc.
